Solitary Wicca

Merry Meet!

I follow a Celtic, specifically Gaelic, path, but you won't find my Tradition in any book. To me, the Craft is about Balance and Respect for all that is — living and inanimate, light and dark — and about being a complete, balanced individual. Like any religion, Wicca provides a guide for our actions in this life, both spiritual and mundane. Thus, the Craft is not only a religion, it is a lifestyle.

Balance is key. When things are in balance, that is Good. Evil comes about through imbalance in human actions — when someone acts selfishly, carelessly, without regard for the needs of the planet. More than a century and a half ago, Henry David Thoreau wrote that a sane, healthy society can only be made up of sane, healthy individuals, and I am inclined to agree. This beautiful planet is faced with myriad problems and troubles, most of them Man-made, and the only way we can address and correct them is to achieve a Personal Balance within each of us.

I'll step down from the soapbox now and invite you to explore this page and the links. Stay if you will, or go if you must, but go then in peace and with the best and highest will for all. Merry Meet and Merry Part and Merry Meet Again!
